Our Founder, MD & CEO had a childhood dream that he realized in 2014.
He dreamt of running a specialised construction company where all operations would be well-organized and executed to the highest standards. Since his childhood, he had a deep understanding and extensive experience in the fields of waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, and civil interiors. In 2014, he took the step to turn his dream into reality. He established a dream company with the aim of transforming and organizing the construction industry, specifically focusing on waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, and civil interiors.
To accomplish his dream, he brought on board key members from renowned construction companies such as Shapoorji, Pidilite etc. With their assistance and our collective determination, we embarked on a journey where we would complete major construction projects across India with expertise and excellence. To ensure the highest standards of quality in our work, we decided to collaborate primarily with top-tier corporate clients, including Tata Realty, Tata Projects, LnT, Shapoorji, Mumbai Metro, Adani,Gammon India, Patel Engineering, Godrej Properties and Reliance etc.
We made a strategic decision to specialize in waterproofing services during the construction phase. This approach allowed us to showcase our expertise and deliver exceptional results. Notable projects in our portfolio include the waterproofing of 350 villas in Godrej Golf Link and 600 flats in Tata SEREIN Thane and many more likewise we constructed India's biggest Reliance Trends in Lucknow 2019 and our company provide civil Interior services to few particular corporates like Reliance etc.
One of our significant achievements was securing a contract to provide world’s premium waterproofing services for Maruti's new plant. This project, executed in collaboration with Fosroc, Uk based Manufacturer and working under LnT and Shapoorji, stands as a testament to our capabilities and commitment to excellence.
Furthermore, in our pursuit of excellence, we collaborate with the world's topmost manufacturing companies in the waterproofing field, including Fosroc, BASF, Mapei, Myk, and others. These collaborations enable us to leverage cutting-edge technology, innovative products, and industry-leading expertise in our projects

Mr. Ramendra Bahadur Sinha
Founder & Managing Director Agrani Group
A qualified Chartered Civil Engineer and Management professional with over 25+ years of extensive experience in executing large-scale Residential, Infrastructure, and Retail Interior projects. Expertise in project planning, contract management, and team management for globally recognized Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, hold the position of Zonal Head North India at S P Fabricators P. Ltd (Shapoorji Pallonji group co.).
He has successfully ensured the timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality and adhering to cost parameters. Worked on diverse projects, handling tasks such as sourcing, vendor development, procurement, contract negotiations, and finalization in civil fields. Also he has received training in the latest construction technologies from BASF Switzerland, Malaysia, and Bhutan.
He possess a prudent combination of technological qualifications and management skills, which have been enhanced through various professional training programs. Led a large team of engineers and managers in the Retail Division of Reliance Industries Limited (EPC division) based in Delhi NCR.
Prior to that, he was the Head of All India Tristar, where he specialized in Waterproofing, Structural Rehabilitation, and similar fields. Currently, he hold the position of Founder & MD of the Agrani Group.

Darshana Sinha as the Director of Accounts & Finance at Agrani, has a robust professional background spanning over 25 years across diverse industries, Darshana Sinha brings a wealth of expertise to our financial leadership team and is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive skill set in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
She possesses a keen ability to analyze complex financial data, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks effectively. This analytical prowess positions her as a key architect in developing and executing Agrani's financial strategies.
